when i was in middle school i used to inline skate. this was during the brief 3-4 years where inline skating was super trendy and skatepark attendees were split just about 50/50 inliners/skateboarders. (by about 1999 the skateboarders basically teased and tourtured inlining to it’s demise and every kid either switched over or quit entirely.) during those glory days, a brand of shoes came out...

so i typed up my most recent entry into my phone on the plane this morning with some serious haste while being overly nagged by 2 different flight attendants to “turn off all my electronic devices.” <caution: martinsays.com is getting ready and prepping to beat a dead horse with my personal disgruntled frequent flyer comments complaints and suggestions coming in my next entry....

1. “LOVE” in traditional japanese brushstroke. after i had our label rep draw the symbol in sharpe on my hand today, i fell so in love with it, (no pun intended), that i HAD to get it tattooed. stoked to get the real deal in the real country.
